GENERAL

Our vehicles can be collected from either our downtown office located at 24 Nimitz St in Exmouth or alternatively we can take to the airport for you for an additional fee. Our boats are only to be collected from our downtown office.

The airport is approximately 40kms from Exmouth town. If you do not wish to collect your vehicle from the airport you can alternatively arrange to get to our downtown office in Exmouth via Exmouth Bus Charters. 

Yes we do, ask us about this upon collection of your vehicle or boat.

Yes, we allow a 2 hour grace period of your vehicle not been returned on time, after this you will be charged an extra days hire fee. Whilst we understand things happen out of your control, the vehicle may have another booking behind it so if the vehicle is going to be returned late please give us a call and we can work out the best plan for both of us to ensure the next hirer has their vehicle in time.

We do not hire our vehicles or boats to anyone under age 21.

All bookings will incur a $44 cancellation fee if booked and then cancelled. This is to help cover the cost of holding the vehicle for you, administration and any cleaning costs potentially incurred.

As we are only located in Exmouth we are unable to offer one way hires to other locations. All vehicles must be collected and returned to either our Exmouth downtown office or to Learmonth Airport.

Unfortunately not, as we are holding this vehicle/boat for you, you will be charged based on your time of pick up made on your booking.

Unfortunately not, as the vehicle/boat has been blocked on our booking system for you, you will be charged based on the time of drop off made on your booking.

CARS

No we don’t however you can arrange these through Ningaloo Camp Easy and they will deliver to us prior to your hire. Upon collection of your vehicle your car seats will be waiting in the vehicle for you to install. We do not install these for you.

Unless otherwise stated by us on the Vehicle Rental Agreement Particulars, you are not permitted to take the Vehicle further North than Karratha, further South than Carnarvon and no further inland than North Coast highway. You are not permitted to take or operate the Vehicle on off road terrain including soft sand, mud, rocks, riverbeds etc.  

As you are not permitted to take or operate the Vehicle on off road terrain including soft sand, mud, rocks, riverbeds etc. we do not allow our vehicles to go to 4×4 camping areas including Ningaloo Station, South Lefroy, Gnaraloo or Warroora Station.

Yes, we will need to site your driver’s licences and ensure all drivers have signed the rental agreement.

Yes, we just need to be able to sight your driver’s licence to confirm it is you.

As we are only located in Exmouth we are unable to offer one way hires to other locations. All vehicles must be collected and returned to either our Exmouth downtown office or to Learmonth Airport.

As per our rental agreement our vehicles should be returned in a clean condition. A cleaning fee may be charged if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. 

BOATS

Yes, you must hold a valid Western Australia skipper’s ticket to hire our boats.

Yes, our boats come with all required safety equipment. However we only supply life jackets for adults, see below.

No, our boats aren’t to be left in the water overnight.

We only allow our boats to be launched from Exmouth Town, Bundegi, Tantabiddi or Coral Bay Boat Ramps.

No unfortunately we don’t deliver our hire boats so they will need to be collected from our downtown office.

No unfortunately we don’t offer launch and retrieval services however we have vehicles with tow balls available for hire if needed.

As per our rental agreement our boats should washed down before they are returned to us. There is no requirement to flush the engine as we will do this on return. A cleaning fee may be charged if the boat is returned excessively dirty. 

One thing we can’t control is the weather. As per our hire agreement our boats are not to be operated in open waters if swells are greater than 2.5 meters and/or if the wind speed exceeds 25 knots. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if the whole of your hire period looks to meet these prohibited conditions.
